Role: Inside Sales and Campaign Manager (For US Region) 

Location: Chennai or anywhere in India 

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming Sales call related to Products. 

Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions. 

Responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/ assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales. 

Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. 

Keeping up with product and service information and updates. 

Creating and maintaining the CRM of current and potential customers. 

Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. 

Update CRM on daily basis without any gap & provide reporting. 

Perform Market Research Intelligence - Collect Data and Analyse to make informed decisions regarding competitor behaviours, products, trends, and market opportunities. 

Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns and strategies that aligns with business objectives. 

Identify the right target audience and run campaigns via phone calls, Messages, Emails and social media. 

Develop strategies to monitor and optimize campaign results and measure results by total meetings and conversions.  

Allocate resources and track performance and oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns. 

Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales and marketing collaterals - advertisements, social media content, email campaigns etc. 

Requirements: 

Must possess bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field. 

Have a minimum of 2+ years B2B inside sales experience typically in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company.  

Have a minimum of 5+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 

Excellent Customer Service, Phone and Cold calling skills for US Customers. 

Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns. 

Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software etc. 

Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance. 

Efficient project management skills to meet deadlines and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights. 

Enthusiastic, positive, highly energetic. 

Excellent writing, communication and organisational skills. 

Role: Business Development Manager 

Location: US – New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, Boston 

Responsibilities & Requirements: 

Looking for a seasoned, dynamic and energetic Business Development Manager to develop sales primarily in the BFSI sector, for Astralinx, using an existing anchor account and spread across the US-east coast geography, with focus in and around CT, NY/NJ and Boston, MA. 

Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12-15 years of total experience In Mid-market to Large Enterprise Sales focused on IT Services (Onshore, Nearshore, Offshore), out which should have spent minimum 5 years in direct sales related activities and should have independently managed a portfolio of accounts with a minimum revenue turnover of US$10-15mn per annum for the organization. 

Should have a sound knowledge of Enterprise Technology Services 

  1. Public and Private Cloud Offerings with focus on Cloud migration and Cloud-managed services. 

  2. New technology focus of AI/ML, GenAI and Data Sciences. 

  3. Traditional IT Service offerings include Application Development, Modernization & Re-platform, Managed Services, and Testing services. 

Should be well versed with sales processes and definitions and demonstrate skills w.r.t solutions and scoping engagements rather than just staff augmentation. Should have independently handled responses to RFI, RFP processes. 

Must possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player, who believes in collaboration with teammates to deliver the optimal solution to the customers.

Role: AI Solution Architect

Location: Offshore – Chennai

 

Whom are we Hiring?

We are looking to hire an experienced AI Solution Architect with minimum total experience of 12-15 years of which should have worked in the BFSI domain for a large-scale Tier-1 IT services organization for minimum five years.

The potential candidate should have a smart personality, be self-driven and possess high energy with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for Solution Design. The Solution Architect must have a blend of in-depth domain expertise in one or more areas of BFSI vertical with a strong technical solutioning and consulting skills.

The candidate should be currently working as a Solution Architect in the Pre-sales support function for the BFSI domain in a Tier-1 IT services provider for at least past 5 years.

Prior experience in dealing with US based BFSI customers is mandatory

We are looking for people with a deep understanding of various technologies such as Cloud Services, AI and Gen AI and in-depth expertise in either one or more technology stacks such as .NET, Java or .

The ideal candidate should have independently led many proposal responses to customers with appropriate solutions that resulted in wins for the organization in which he/she is working.

Ability to have successfully participated in Large Deals will be an added advantage for the ideal candidate.

Total Experience must include Delivery experience and must be familiar with all SDLC models such as , waterfall and Iterative.

 

Solution Experience:

Should be well versed in creating solutions in response to customer’s RFI’s/RFPs.

Adept in Presentation material preparation and doing client presentations.

In depth knowledge and experience in one or more technology stacks such as Python, Java or .NET

Should have expertise in Data transformation, Data Lake, Date Warehouse, Machine Learning, AI Solutions, Gen AI and Cloud technologies and have handled many proposals to clients around these technologies.

 

What is Expected from the Role: The candidate would be responsible for participating in ideation and creation of solutions for customers problems/use cases.

The candidate should be able to plan and coordinate with the Sales, Domain and Delivery Teams in a collaborative manner to be able to respond to proposals and host client meetings at offshore whenever necessary.

Work on pro-active proposals with value proposition to the customers.

Work with sales, Domain and Delivery teams to create marketing flyers and brochures highlighting the company’s domain and technical capabilities.

Create appropriate business value centric case studies, based on the actual projects that have been executed.

Work closely with the sales team in providing thought leadership to the customers.
