Status Levels and Criteria
Quarantine in effect - full remote support only. No onsite visits to customers locations. Usually a response to government issued quarantine; school closures; public transportation closures.
Critical Support issues only pertaining to problems affecting large amounts of users and applications. Prioritized support only. All Tier 1 and 2 issues pertaining to dedicated user issues will be put on hold
Crisis Management Team
Our CMT is up and running to answer all questions and respond to situation statuses. The team is comprised of Architects and SME for all Cloud, Datacenter, Applications, and Communications.
